We recruit on behalf of a range of SMEs who you would meet at final round interview. The scheme will allow you to gain practical experience and a six-month training and development programme.

Software Developer (Multiple Roles available; Front-end, Back-end, Developer, Programmer, Coding)
Ideal Software Knowledge: Unity / C#, C, C++ / Ruby & Ruby on Rails / Java script / HTML / PHP
What you will be doing:
- Working with the Senior Management Team to create new products, features and functionality.
- Developing back-end applications.
- Working with the Development Team to help build connectors to plug into 3rd party software.
- Writing high quality, maintainable code, debugging code and fixing bugs.
- Considering the performance traits of code, weighing up runtime performance vs memory constraints
- Managing user experience (UX & User interface).
- Using WordPress, coding languages including HTML and CSS and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
Electronics Engineer:
Ideal Degree Disciplines: Electronic and Electrical Engineering,
What you will be doing:
- Designing and implementing electronic systems, both digital (discrete logic) and analogue systems (signal conditioning, PSUs)
- Designing and updating embedded software systems (programming in C)
- Using your understanding of mathematics/physics to understand and create complex electrical systems.
- Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.
- Designing and manufacturing products. (Prior experience desirable but not essential)
- Developing mobile and/or web apps. (Prior experience desirable but not essential)
Data Analyst:
Ideal Degree Disciplines: Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Computing & Systems Development, Business Management

- Understanding business and technology needs.
- Designing, analysing and implementing efficient IT systems.
- Gathering feedback from end users to continue improving systems.
