About The Role

Successful applicants to the LCR Grad Scheme will receive a permanent job offer to work with an SME in the Liverpool City Region. We recruit on behalf of a range of SMEs who you would meet at final round interview. The scheme will allow you to gain practical experience and a six-month training and development programme.

Marketing Executive

What you will be doing:
  • Developing digital and non-digital marketing information to help increase the existing contract revenue.
  • Building rapport and managing relationships with key vendors.
  • Maintaining management reporting information.
  • Providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment
  • Using web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement 
 
PR Account Executive
 
What you will be doing:
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of PR and wider marketing campaigns
  • Writing and issuing press releases and other online/offline material
  • Researching relevant themes to aid delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Pitching ideas and interview opportunities to media
  • Managing media monitoring services and producing media coverage summaries and analysis
  • Assisting with the management of social media channels for CPMM Media and clients, including producing content across creative and video.
 
Accounts Executive
 
What you will be doing:
  • Uploading and coding of invoices and handling supplier queries.
  • Providing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Performing sales ledger duties, such as; raising sales invoices, checking coding and handling queries.
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Assist with daily bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end reporting.
  • General administrative duties as and when required.
 
Customer Accounts Executive
 
What you will be doing:
  • Providing a personalised experience for all accounts under your portfolio, ensuring the day-to-day maintenance of their accounts, ensuring service levels are maintained and if possible exceeded.
  • Acting as first point of contact to resolve any issues the customer may be experiencing, from dealing with customers ordering portals to ensuring all orders are being processed within an agreed timescale.
  • Producing sales & returns reports on a monthly basis, which provide analysis and insight into account performance and monitoring of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor stock levels relating to clients needs and highlighting any areas of concern with the supply chain team, management team and customers.
  • Interacting with management teams on a regular basis to keep them updated on any changes to accounts.    
  • Working on prices and setting up margins on both new and existing product lines.
  • Identifying new business opportunities for new or existing clients or existing products
 
Marketing & Communication Coordinator
 
What you will be doing:
  • Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media channels to enhance audience engagement.
  • Analysing trends, data, strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Helping to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service being offered
  • Facilitating inter-departmental communication, support sales and customer service teams.
  • Creating and presenting regular performance reports for managers and directors
  • Maintaining excellent relationships and encourage trusting with clients through superior customer service.
 
Headhunting / Search Consultant
 
What you will be doing:
  • Learn and use sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to win exclusive, retained and contingent business from clients and prospective companies.    
  • Negotiating fees and appropriate solutions required for individual assignments, with guidance from your line Manager.    
  • Advertising - researching, creating and placing appropriate adverts for various platforms; newspapers, websites and magazines.     
  • Headhunting - agreeing a target list of companies, identifying and approaching suitable candidates.     
  • Screening suitable applicants - undertaking face to face competency-based interviews and checking any required documentation.    
  • Preparing candidates prior to interview and verifying their genuine interest throughout the recruitment process.
Project Manager

What you will be doing:
  • Liaising with clients to take project briefs and understand requirements, ensuring project feedback and status reports to all parties. 
  • Understanding customer requirements and undertaking research into specified products and alternative product sourcing. 
  • Critical path management and managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the project. 
Digital Marketing Coordinator (Suitable for Marketing or Digital Marketing graduates)
 
What you will be doing:
  • Supporting online marketing initiatives, such as search engine optimisation to improve all areas of the business.
  • Writing blogs, website content and LinkedIn posts to maximise interaction and engagement with potential customers.
  • Creating social media posts and various other digital media content to promote the business and engage with potential customers
  • Implementing and developing new technology in to various areas of business operations. 
 
Finance Operations

What you will be doing:
  • Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and prepare balance sheets.
  • Tracking and reconciling bank statements then create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
  • Processing tax payments, invoices, support monthly payroll and keep organised records.
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation and quarterly and annual audits.

About You

To be eligible for our scheme you must have the right to work in the UK and a residential postcode in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, Halton)

LCR Grads will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work independently and part of team.
  • Confidence to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms.
